Whimsical living, creativity, and finding your way back to yourself.
Creativity isn’t reserved for “special people.” Sometimes it’s simply finding your way back to the parts of yourself you left behind.
This space began when I started finding myself again.
For years, I thought creativity belonged to other people. The artists. The naturally gifted. The people born with some kind of magic I didn’t have.
I stopped creating for a long time, leaving that part of myself behind with my childhood as I ran into adulthood.
Coming back to art — slowly, imperfectly — changed my life.
This little corner of the internet is where I’m sharing my journey as I intentionally live a slower, simpler life, full of creativity, trying new things, and exploring the world around me.
My hope is that through my journey, others can recognize their own interests and curiosities and go for them, whether they’re “productive” or not.
Life is so much more than making money — there’s so much more, you just need to have the eyes to see it.

Currently Finding Wonder in…
EMBROIDERY
I’ve dove straight into learning the art of embroidery.
The somatic, repetitive movements feel incredibly calming to me, and I love creating beautiful pieces of art in the process.
It’s become one of the ways I slow down, create without pressure, and reconnect with myself.
NOTICING
As I’ve intentionally slowed down, I’ve realized how much beauty exists in ordinary moments — morning light through the kitchen window, birds at the feeder, wildflowers growing where they weren’t planted, golden hour on the drive home.
It may sound cliché with how popular “romanticizing life” has become, but paying closer attention has genuinely changed me.I think wonder exists everywhere. Sometimes we just forget to look.
PAINTING SILHOUlETTE PORTRAITS
I started painting silhouette portraits because I’ve always been drawn to preserving feeling — not just appearance.
There’s something beautiful about turning a memory into something tangible.
Each piece feels a little like storytelling.
